On Tuesday morning Engine 3 and Squad 1 were activated as part of the Metrofire forestry strike team. The strike team initially responded to Abington for a brush fire. Once things were under control in Abington, the strike team was relocated to the Blue Hills Reservation in Milton. Belmont responded with four other Boston area communities. Nice job!
