BELMONT — Police Chief James MacIsaac and Fire Chief David DeStefano report that the Belmont Police and Fire Departments responded today after a dump truck rolled over earlier today.
At 8:38 a.m. police and firefighters were dispatched to Clifton Street at Fletcher Road for a report of a truck crash. Upon arrival, first responders observed a dump truck rolled over on its side. The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was not injured in the crash.
The Massachusetts State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section responded to the scene to support the investigation, which is being conducted in collaboration with the Belmont Police Department.
